Everything was perfect during this stay, we highly recommend for families and we will come back for sure
best wifi, best play area for kids, best animation
AC did not work well in our room
6 / 10Nella media·lug 2026
The food. The vast space and the amount of pools available.
The faulty sun umbrellas at all the pools. The insects finding their way into the rooms and the lack of ability by management to review this problem. The attitude displayed by one of their lifeguards at the kids pool when I climbed onto the pirate ship when my autistic daughter was having a meltdown was regrettable.
