The location is great and the owner is willing to fix any issue that brought to their attention within 24 hours.

The cleaning staff failed miserable. There were hair rubber bands throughout the condo: in the carpet, sheets, couch, bathroom mats, even washing machine. I found a water bottle from someone prior to our stay under the nightstand. There was even a bag of McDonald's cookies on the refrigerator. Both doors to the patio were unlocked, upon our arrival. One window had part of the frame removed. So, I didn't feel safe being at ground level. The couch is so worn out it's uncomfortable to sit in.

The location only

The beds were very uncomfortable. Only one shower ran out of hot water. Couch was uncomfortable. Was very dirty. Cabinet stunk. Worse place we have ever stayed in.

Nice property in a nice town
