Room was spacious, clean, and the surroundings were quiet. The entrance and verandah have a nice vibe and royal feel.
Room is overpriced. Hotel cant be booked from booking.com and payment can only be done at the property. The room has no view from the windows.

lobby was not so good, breakfast should be better. the bathroom should be more clean.

There should have been some theme party or music at night in the hotel. It was nice and quiet but they could have some music on.

The hotel is fine. We were there in December and all the communal areas of the hotel were cold so it did not feel not very welcoming. There is an electric blow heater in each of the bedrooms so at least the bedroom was warm. Breakfast is average with limited choice and a lack of attention to detail. We chose not to eat in the hotel in the evening. The manager was helpful.
The hotel is functional but lacks atmosphere and homeliness.

Great property, well maintained, comfortable beds nice ambience , courteous staff but expensive property . Breakfast was ok ok.
EXPENSIVE! doesn’t meet the expectations to the price we pay! I paid 7.5k per night for weekday , rooms didn’t have bathrobe, sleepers, TV didn’t work..WiFi connectivity was poor , there are no other entertainment options or nearby sightseeing so you tend to get bored..

Promptness of staff.. We asked for dental kit on the very first day but didn't get till we checked out after two days.. Variety of breakfast was very less.. Need improvement in quality of break fast.. Staff should remember to connect with the guest increase they do not have the stuff ordered by the guest instead of taking their own decision on alternate...
