L'unità 357 è stata recentemente decorata ed è un condominio diretto sull'oceano con splendide viste sull'Oceano Atlantico dal soggiorno e dalla camera da letto principale. 2 camere da letto 2. 5 bagni. È arredata con un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto principale e letti a castello con un gemello nella parte superiore e pieno nella parte inferiore della camera degli ospiti. Questo condominio comprende anche una cucina completamente attrezzata, 2 TV, Smart TV in soggiorno, WI-FI, libri e giochi per il vostro piacere. L'unità ha una lavatrice / asciugatrice e un proprio accesso a Internet per salvare il telefono sui dati.

Another outstanding July. Family has been coming to summerhouse for 40+ years. The pool seemed to have been cooled his year and was a most desirable respite from the ocean

We love this unit. Have rented it many years. The A/C worked, but seemed to have trouble keeping up during the day. May need a freon check. We think it's time for the all the carpets to be steam cleaned: the regular carpets and the free standing carpets. As we would walk around, our feet kept getting dirty. Other than that, the unit was great!

We had a very nice time at Summerhouse for the 2 months we were there. Excellent office staff and maintenance crew, always very helpful. Also, the people renting the condo's were all very nice. The only major issue was the tap water had a sulfer smell to it when first turned on, had to run it for a few moments to rid the smell.

The unit could use some updates ...especially the sleeper sofa which my son slept on and the metal coils were extremely uncomfortable...maybe try putting a heavy mattress pad on it for the future or get a new more comfortable sleeper.
