La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, televisione e un sacco di spazio. La doccia principale ha corrimano e un sedile mobile. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli. Il soggiorno offre numerosi posti a sedere con divano, divanetto e sedie aggiuntive. Inoltre, ci sono due letti pouf che sono gemelli di grandi dimensioni e molto più comodi rispetto ai tipici divani letto. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The day following our check in we were interrupted by construction workers and informed that we should move all patio furniture from the patio into the condo and that the patio door would be braced to prevent use of the patio facing the ocean. It took repeated attempts from me to the office staff to make them understand that this was unacceptable. After finally meeting with the property manager we moved ourselves to another unit. Needless to say most of our day was wasted dealing with an issue that the Summerhouse should have planned for and avoided. It is also disappointing that I had to make repeated attempts to correct the issue myself on my time off. Very frustating.
