Direct oceanfront townhouse Summerhouse Unit 462
Oceanfront 2 camere da letto, casa a schiera 2. 5 bagni. È arredata con un re nella suite principale, due gemelli nella camera degli ospiti e un divano letto. Ci sono tre TV e un lettore DVD. Al piano di sotto piastrelle di ceramica che lo rende fresco per l'estate e facile da pulire dalla sabbia, moquette nelle camere da letto. L'unità ha una lavatrice / asciugatrice e un proprio accesso a Internet per salvare il telefono sui dati. Cucina completamente attrezzata completa di lavastoviglie.

Very comfortable master bed and furniture - had a great time. Close walk to get to the beach plus the kids loved the pickleball & basketball courts.

Pros: Overall, we enjoyed the property and amenities. The location of Summerhouse is convenient and the staff were fantastic. Cons: The water coming out of every faucet or shower had a foul odor when we used them. By the 3rd day, either it was gone or we had become accustomed to it. Master Bathroom & Shower: Unusable due to massive lack of pressure and smell from water. The only outlet in the bathroom did not work at all. Master Bedroom ceiling fan made constant noise and had to be turned off at night in order to stay asleep. Without the fan, this meant the HVAC needed to work harder and it simply struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature.Refrigerator made a strange noise every time the ice maker called for water. We genuinely thought a bird had somehow found its way into the unit. Lighting: Several lamps and fixtures either had no bulbs or had bulbs that did not work. The upstairs carpets have stains and may be the original carpet from when the unit was built (mid-80’s, perhaps?). The décor matches this time-frame as well. We'll come back to Summerhouse however, we will not ever return to Unit 462.
