The flat was perfect for our needs. Comfortable, clean and location close to bus stops and grocery market. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We did not go hungry. The kitchen was stocked with every thing we needed to cook a meal or reheat leftovers. Frederica met us at the flat, despite our flight being delayed 2 hours. She was kind enough to have coffee, milk and OJ for us after our long trip over from the US. Her English was excellent, and she gave us valuable information about the area. The beds were comfortable and nice hot water for showers.

The rental was perfect for my wife, adult son, and me. A spacious and clean apartment within 2 mile walk from nearly all sites in Rome. Market across the street allowed us to easily eat most meals at home in kitchenette and dining table. Dozens of good restaurants within two blocks. The host was very courteous and responsive.

Unit was clean and comfortable. Close to good restaurants and within 2-3km or less of most popular sites in Rome. Close to Taxi stand and buses.

Host responded quickly to our questions and had juice and water available upon arrival. Location is good with local market, plenty of restaurants and bus stops nearby. We were excited about having a refrigerator however it did not keep food cold enough and we were concerned about food spoiling. Showers did not drain well and apartment floors were dirty. Not a lot the host may be able to control but a number of trash receptacles are located outside the front door which leaves a memory of the smell of trash.
