This is a budget room, so it is small but had everything I needed for a one night stay. The bedroom is an ensuite, which is a good thing as I prefer to have my own bathroom. The place was clean.
The only problem I had was the noise from the street. The house is close to a road and on the weekend there was a lot of noise and music playing outside.

Location was perfect for my work trip
Noisy guests getting back to their rooms late woke me up

It was affordable, clean, and safe. I appreciated having a bathroom in our room, and having access to the kitchen to keep food in the fridge, having a microwave, kettle, cups, spoons, etc was a nice feature.
I wish the room would have had more storage for our items, like an additional shelf would have been nice. Otherwise, no issues!

Centrally located next to the railway.
Noisy but well functioning windows which took away most of the sounds.
