Zeer mooi en comfortabel appartement!

Niks

Beautiful old building, gorgeous ceilings. Loved the old lift. Spacious and had everything we needed.

We had a power cut. Luckily one of our party spoke Italian and contacted Christine for help but she was unwilling to come and sort out. Managed to resolve by speaking to a neighbour. Surrounding area grubby and lots of rubbish.

Large property with big rims, comfortable beds and in the centre of Palermo

It was spacious and well equipped kitchen.

Pictures on Booking.com were much better than the reality. On very noisy street coupled with poorly fitting and badly insulated windows. All 3 bathrooms were in a terrible condition. Black mould in the shower and shower heads not working properly. Also, the washing machine was the smallest washing machine ever - 1-4kg. The agent was very unwelcoming and was keen to take the tourist tax and then leave. She didn’t smile once. When we left, just told us where to leave the keys and didn’t ask us how our stay was in Palermo. The apartment was located in a dirty rundown area with rubbish everywhere.
