The rooms are excellent and the staff is also amazing, but please keep in mind that there is not amenities here.
Also location is walking distance from the historic downtown area but it’s rough at night time, you cannot go out and feel safe as there is homeless and what it appears to be little gangs (again can’t blame the hotel for this more the city which is a shame).

We absolutely loved staying here to celebrate our anniversary. We had the garden view room and it was large with a private outdoor jetted tub and a deck overlooking the garden. Staff was great and room was clean. Bathroom was large and had a nice rain shower. Only a 5 minute walk to the central train station. Definitely would recommend.
