Property was amazing! The view was spectacular and the proximity to Airlie made it the perfect place to stay. One of my favourite features was every bedroom had its own en-suite! Great for two families or friends to stay with plenty of spaces to hangout together or by yourself 😉

The fully equipped kitchen was awesome, TV, four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms was perfect for the four single ladies on holiday. Games, netflix and comfortable modern furniture meant our stay was so comfortable. Maddy and Michelle really helped us have the best experience we could e joy at Airlie Beach and they were so responsive to our needs when our first accomodation was below satisfactory. We cannot thank them enough. We would definitely recommend the Makado penthouse. It's proximity to the shops and cafes is excellent a d to the lagoon. And private Bea G plus thrte is a pool. What more could you ask for?

The accomodation was terrific spotless and in a great location.Airlie Beach is a great town we went out to Whitehaven Beach and had a great trip on a Charter Yacht called Domino I highly recommend. The staff at Whitsunday Holiday Rental were outstanding they met us on arrival I even left my electric scooter in the garage which they came back to help me retrieve. Fantastic place that could house 10 people.

Reviewer Comments: While the space is lovely, it isn't set out well & missing some key touch points (such as a lounge chairs for more people around pool and on terrace - only 2!) and more lounge space (3-seater, sleeps 8). Would recommend for families as the upstairs space would be good to separate adults and children, not so much for friends who want to be together. 2 of the main bedrooms do not have bathroom doors which means early light, not ideal on holidays. Cleaning was emphasised to us on check in but quickly discovered floors were dirty (feet were black within a few hours), dead (fossilized) bird on balcony, dishwasher not unpacked, nappy near pool). WHR responded quickly to our request for more linen (also missing on c/in). We had 2 cars but had to use 1 spot as other guests had extra cars, this wasn't rectified during stay.' Fantastic location for Airlie beach, everything accessible. We had a good stay, but the home didn't compare to others we have rented in the area and was the most expensive.
