Beautiful - quiet - anything you might need was there - owner very nice!!

I am so very thankful that I found this location, as it couldn't have been more perfect. Everything about the house was excellent; it was immaculately clean, well stocked with everything you could need, so comfortable you feel like you're at home, and the host was so very welcoming and friendly. Super convenient location as well. I will most definitely be returning to stay again!

Most everything was great about this rental property, size, comfort, cleanliness and the mattress was wonderful as well. Tammy the host was very accommodating and pleasant and provided us with appreciated restaurant recommendations. The only disconcerting item was the security cameras everywhere and LED spotlights blanketing the property. We just aren't used to that level of coverage. Tammy did turn off the spotlights upon request so the guest house and bed room wouldn't be infiltrated with bright light. I would recommend the guest porch security camera be relocated to afford guests some small amount of privacy. We completely understand the need for security lighting and video.

This place is great. The rooms were very large and clean. I was traveling with 2 large dogs and my senior mom. So much space inside, but equally fabulous was the outside. I was in town visiting friends, and they came over and we were able to hang out on the porch in the evening, and in the yard during the day. My dogs were able to run freely in the amazing yard that had huge live oaks that created a beautiful canopy of shade. I loved staying there and highly recommend the place!! The owner is very friendly and on site to answer any questions. She gave my dogs toys and treats. Again, this bungalow is great and I highly recommend planning your stay there.

This guesthouse is so cute and clean. The bed is super comfy. You have your own private front porch and access to the pool. Tammy is so nice and helpful. You feel like you are far from everything because it is so peaceful but very close to stores and resteraunts. It exceeded our expectations and we will return.

Lovely quiet space, beautifully decorated inside and out, and spotlessly clean. All of the furniture, right down to the dining chairs, was very comfortable. We had a very relaxing stay in a stressful week. The host is super nice, friendly and helpful. My one caveat is that there is some light leakage from security lighting on the property; if you need it very dark to sleep consider bringing a sleep mask.

Everything was perfect nice clean comfortable and quite and Tammy was fantastic. Checked on us to be sure we had everything we needed. We will be back for sure!!!

Nice place, and the owner was super friendly. We stayed two weeks and it was never cleaned. (We didn’t have access to vacuum, etc.) Washer was unavailable as owner was waiting for parts.

The property is very nice and well stocked and the host is great as well. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

I loved everything about this property. It is beautiful, clean, and located in a great and safe neighborhood near shopping malls, restaurants, hospitals, and principal roads to Tampa or Orlando. I recommend this place to everyone. The host is super friendly and is excellent at communicating. I am looking forward to staying here again . Pool was a plus! Super clean and private. I felt I was at my house.

Great property! Friendly owner. Very nice extra touches, like towels for the pool, coffee pods, and waters. Shower water temp is warm. Glad we found this location.

Cant say enough about how awesome this rental is! So clean and comfortable and just perfect! I was traveling to attend an agility competition with my husband and dogs. Hubby had to fly home so i was there alone but i felt totally safe and secure with the owners who absolutely could not be a nicer couple. Plenty of room to walk the dogs too. I highly recommend this property!!!! Bed is pretty awesome!

Very clean, comfortable, spacious and relaxing atmosphere. Hostess was friendly and was kind enough to offer freshly picked homegrown fruits & veggies in addition to extra coffees, bottled water, fresh towels, etc. Only complaint is shower water was tepid & never very warm or hot. Otherwise a lovely place to stay!

Very clean, nicely decorated, the host was excellent. We needed a place to stay near Dade City, and this worked out perfectly for us. Lots of space for the two of us, full kitchen, king bed, TV, Wi-FI, everything we wanted. Will come back to stay again.

Our stay was amazing! The location was a perfect distance from our wedding event and had easy access to shopping and dining as well. The accommodations were beautiful and the suite has the world’s most comfortable bed! I need to find another reason to visit so we can stay again. Thank you so much!
