The staff is very friendly, flexible, and accommodating. The king size bed was comfortable. I also like having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
The shower heads were fine but less than desirable and the safety chain on the door is missing.

The location and seeing the place in middle of being renovated
The WiFi would not connect to any devices and no front lobby service without calling a number and speaking to a automated service
