Uncomfortable mattress in single bed closest to the door, could feel springs and seemed collapsed

The rooms were all spotless and thoughtfully furnished. There was plenty of space. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. The outdoor space was practical.
We just needed a tin opener!

Central location in really nice village with pub, Indian restaurant, pizza & coffee cafe, fish & chip shop, bakery and Coop/PO all within a few paces.
Parking outside cottage easy (on road).
Bus stop a few paces away with pretty bus journey into the centre of Stratford upon Avon.
Cottage is on 3 floors, main ensuite is in a loft conversion.
A small garden area with seating in a sunny spot was enjoyed.
The property is managed by an agency so we had to fill their forms in and provide preauthorisation by card for £300 deposit. All legit, but a bit time consuming. The deposit was not taken as we left the property in a good state.

Great location, plenty of things to see and do in and around the village, Gilkes Garage Cafe is a must for breakfast and only a short walk away. The home is set in a quiet village with good local shops, pubs and restaurants. Banbury being a 20 minute drive away, Rooms are big enough with nearly all having there own toilet/shower, Large garden and relax in.
