Location is good and area offers easy access to restaurants, sites etc, Room was clean, if a bit cramped but was well laid out.
Booking in and obtaining key was straight forward through app
Can't comment on Hosts as I never actually met anyone but communication through app made it easy to book in
Room access via spiral staircase was difficult if carrying luggage and over 6 foot tall as I banged my head a couple of times the first time but that did teach me to duck throughout the rest of the stay

It’s conveniently located, cozy and comfortsble.
It can get noisy at night. There’s a bar across the street and street activity early hours in the morning.

Lovely bright welcoming room. Very clean. Great central location. Fantastic breakfast. Tania is a wonderful hostess and couldn't do enough for us. We were able to leave our luggage after check out and we're free to use the facilities until we left Bruges. Highly recommend this lovely little b&b.
Nothing to dislike

Great location , very centrally located
Our room was on 3rd floor walk up with tiny staircase. It was very difficult for my old parents to climb up with bag. It doesn't have an elevator so if you have a lot of bags, be careful
