Absolutely fabulous! 5/5 on every metric. Impeccably clean. Beautiful remodel of a period house. Beautiful meticulously maintained yard. Best stocked kitchen We have experienced in our travels. Plus, dog friendly. We frequently travel from the salt lake City area to Kanab and this will be our go-to place to stay going forward.

This was my second time staying in this gorgeous, historical, and well-stocked home. In my opinion, there's no better place to stay in Kanab! We were 7 adults and we had plenty of space. Great walks to town and perfect for visiting Zion and Bryce. Lots of great local spots too.

We enjoyed all the extra touches, like the fully-stocked kitchen, Duraflame logs for the fireplace, etc. When a smoke alarm chirped, the maintenance person came right over and fixed it. Can't wait to come in nice weather to use all the outdoor areas (cold and snowy for our stay).

Fantastic location to see the area. House is impeccable and comfortable. It is Well equipped and beautifully appointed. Lots of pride and TLC went into this historical home. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, centrally located to many activities, and very close to restaurants and grocery store. The house itself has all modern appliances and were in good working order and easy to use. We had a fire on the patio at night and enjoyed relaxing in the main area. Would love to know the history of the house as well. Would definitely come back! Thank you so much!

We love this part of Utah for it’s tremendous diversity of activities. This home worked out well for our group of 9. It’s fun to stay in an historic home. Mind you this one has modern amenities and a spacious kitchen. We would definitely use this property again. I gave 4 stars on the cleanliness not for the inside but for the patio surrounding the fire pit which is overrun with weeds. The property does have a number of antiques and breakable decor which we simply put away in a safe place and put back when we left. This is a great home, beautiful yard for kids to play, and a friendly town to greet you. We’ll be back soon.

This historic home was perfectly situated, with many conveniences within walking/biking distance. The home was clean on the inside and nicely landscaped outside, with ample seating options around the house. Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon are in close proximity, with beautiful scenic drives to both. We would definitely come back.

Literally have no negative. This particular property I loved. So cute. It’s close enough to walk wherever for dinner. The yard is great. I wish we took more time to just hangout on the patio. The property managers were extremely attentive, they even brought over a 4th of July note. I had one request and they nailed it. Bottom line, I want to buy the property and keep it as my own with the service of the management company kind of like a full time concierge/housekeeping service.

My family and I stayed at this place last year and fell in love with the layout and amenities. Everything was clean and spacious. The downtown area is within walking distance in this beautiful town. I recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area.

My colleagues and I plus 2 dogs stayed here for 4 nights. It's a wonderful location and the house is wonderful. It was so easy -- communication was answered quickly and the people were so nice to work with. We loved the house and will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here over Christmas break for 3 nights with my family of 6. It was very homey with all of the antique furnishings and old school charm. We found the addition of the electric fireplace to be a nice touch, especially in the winter time. Kitchen for the most part was well appointed with essentials for cooking and dining. There was enough room for everyone with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The location of the property is centrally located to all of the stores and shops in Kanab. You get a beautiful view out of all of the windows. Sunsets are AMAZING! Unfortunately for us, weather was not on our side with a pretty severe rain storm that came through. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the outside area or fire pit really at all. The main bedroom mattress is extremely hard and was tough to get comfortable on. The heat in that room was a lot. I am almost always cold and I could barely keep a sheet on it was so hot in there. The water pressure in the main bathroom upstairs was painful. It caught me off guard the first time I showered. The only other thing I might suggest is a couple larger pyrex dishes for cooking. There was a pressure cooker, a French press, and other gadgets but not practical items like a casserole dish. Kitchen was tough to navigate as items were in random places. I am sure it is hard to get guests to put items back where they belong. We definitely want to go back to Kanab, since the weather dampened our plans. This is a great place to stay overall.

We really enjoyed our stay, the dog included! Property is as described and was great for our family of four adults! I’ve never seen a VRBO kitchen as well stocked as this one. It has everything you could want, even a bread maker! We loved walking to dinner with our dog. There are some really good pet-friendly restaurants there. The location of this house was great and enabled us to hit several national parks. Two suggestions: adjust the lawn sprinkler system to run during the night (at least after 10:00 pm) as it scared the dog and made it hard to go potty before bed. Also, with all that watering the grass was really tall, so you might want to have it mowed more often. Overall, great house. We’d absolutely stay there again.

We (3 women and 3 teens) stayed for four nights in this gorgeous, historic home. There was plenty of space to gather after our days of hiking: in the living room, dining room, on the patio, and in the wonderfully-appointed kitchen that has everything you could think of for cooking. At the same time, there was lots of private space as well, so we could retreat in to our own bedrooms and bathrooms at night for some quiet time. Convenient Zion, Bryce, and the north rim of the Grand Canyon, as well as lots of local and state parks, I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever come back to the area. Kanab is a gem, and so is this home!
