The size of the facility was relatively small so it never felt crowded. It was a very convenient walking distance from the old city gate and also convenient to several really great restaurants. The breakfast that was served was very good and a wide variety of foods were offered. The staff were always helpful and attentive. A
That the back entrance where taxis can pick up and drop off does not lead directly into the lobby at grade. Someone has to help you get up the stairs with your luggage to be on the lobby level where there is an elevator. However, they do have staff to assist you.

Very clean, tastefully designed, spacious and bright room and bathroom/toilet. The staff members (esp Ivana) was very kind and helpful (appreciate her good recommendations on places to eat).
Nothing.

Proximity to Diocletian's palace and the walking portion of Split. Easy to use as a hub to venture and and access our attractions. Staff is top notch. Can't say enough good things about them including Maria at breakfast..

The design of the rooms and cafe were excellent
Location could be better. Also, communication with some staff was inconsistent
