Benvenuti in TARPON FLATS! Una casa con 3 camere da letto elevata con piano piano aperto e due box auto. A 3 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge di sabbia bianca del Golfo del Messico. Sarai anche a pochi passi da un parco sul lungomare sulla via navigabile Intracoastal, con viste pittoresche sulla baia, ponti e albe gloriose! Qui troverai anche un'area picnic, un parco giochi per bambini, un lancio in kayak e campi da basket.
La grande Greatroom è aperta sulla sala da pranzo e una cucina per chef completamente fornita! Le porte-finestre conducono ad un balcone vicino alla principale zona giorno per momenti casuali sorseggiando la tua bevanda preferita! Qui puoi goderti la vista sull'acqua e una fantastica brezza al largo della baia. Nuova proprietà e proprietà per la prima volta in vacanza! Tutti gli arredi, biancheria, pentole e tutto ciò che vedi è tutto nuovo di zecca! I proprietari hanno arredato con gusto Tarpon Flats per un'atmosfera informale e "da spiaggia". Rilassati nel comfort circondato da molta luce naturale e decorazioni fresche e nuove!
Dotato di 3 ampie camere da letto e 6 posti letto. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size super comodo; camere da letto aggiuntive dispongono di un letto matrimoniale e due gemelli. Vi è abbondanza di nuove lenzuola, cuscini e coperte tra cui scegliere. Non rimarrete delusi!
C'è un enorme schermo nel balcone / portico nella parte posteriore con comodi mobili da giardino e un'amaca - perfetto per un pisolino pomeridiano! Il portico si affaccia su un rigoglioso cortile e un altro patio in cemento sottostante.

We had a fantastic weekend staying at this property. The home is very well maintained, exceptionally clean, and beautifully decorated. The view of the bay is absolutely stunning and made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals comfortably. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay, and we would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Tarpon Flats was wonderful! Laura is a tremendous host! She is quick to respond, accommodating, understanding and working with her is super easy. The home is as advertised. The kitchen is well equipped, neat, clean and current. The entire house was very clean with a nice supply towels; bath and beach. Check before shopping for incidentals as they are available on the property. The five minute walk to the beach was easy and the wagon for hauling our beach things was appreciated. Enjoyed our stay and we're coming back! Thank you, Laura!

Great rental property. Very clean, full of accommodations like towels, beach towels, beach toys, floats, and laundry.

The pictures show the property accurately but you miss all the fine details. The location was good. Bay views and breezes. A short 3 block walk to the gulf where the beaches are beautiful. the house itself is spacious and has a great shower (only 1). On our second day the faucet in the kitchen stopped working which was replaced the next day. the kitchen was well equipped. The main bed was extremely soft and low to the ground which didn't work for my husband. He switched he'd to another bedroom and that seemed to work for him. The floors let my feet black and I sent a picture to the manager and never heard back from her. The sink and faucet in the bath were very wobbly which was fixed as best as possible. The pipes under the sink were not correct so the handyman came back again and fixed that. The screened in porch had a torn out screen which was removed and never replaced. Most of the window had no screens and had to be propped up to keep them open. The tile floors were cracked and chipped. The bathroom cabinetry was old and in need of replacement. The garage door opener didn't work properly, but that was fixed also. Out door lighting was askew. The stairs heading down to the grill had feces on them. the screened in porch had outdoor debris inside that wasn't swept out. the fence in the side yard was broken down and laying in the neighbors yard. The tv and internet was spotty at best. Outside needed a good cleaning also. Good Luck if you rent.
