The flat was amazing, very comfortable with all facilities, and very convenient in terms of transportation. You can reach the tourist sites in 20 to 30 minutes walking or take a bus. The host is very nice, easily reachable, and Firenze è bellissima!

32 steps in the building to reach the apartment. So heavy luggage or weak knees should avoid. Works be nice to have a microwave oven. We didn't want to cook during vacations. No parking !!! The street parking is always full (counting places where nobody in their right minds would park). The free parking 600m away had plenty of space but we still got towed away because there was a game one night (nobody knows of course) . Multiple Italians residents got their cars towed too. Lost the morning and 140 euros to get the car back. Bus to the city center takes 30 min and 2 euros but there was a strike that day, so if you like to be in a bus with 200 people go ahead. Driving into the city is a pain because of their ZTL restrictions and the difficulty finding parking. Get an hotel in the city and a taxi to get in/out. Went mid September. It's sooo crowded. Firenze...done.
