It was very homey!!

The home was spacious. The couches were comfortable. The kitchen had any cookware and dishes needed to prepare a meal, there were even spice which was a nice bonus. We really enjoyed all the natural light from the windows and skylight. The deck came a with a nice table and umbrella along with a grilled. It was a nice place to sit. The neighborhood was quiet.

The beds were uncomfortable.

The deck/back porch was very nice. The privacy. The kids enjoyed the bedroom nook. Great view of the night sky.

To many broken items. Not enough sheets. Not enough toilet paper. False advertising of being on the lake; this location is a cove off of the river connected to the lake. Not a good swimming area unless you like swimming in a pond. Stairs are dangerous. This is not a good place for the handicapped.

The basic cleanliness was not met. There was food debris on the rug and couch in the living area, gum on the furniture, pet hair all over the couch (which is fabric, not leather as shown) the garbage disposal had food and of course a foul odor. The dishwasher door was broken so we were unable to utilize it and I informed the owner to no avail. The outdoor furniture was scattered and looks like the last summer festivities floaties, water shoes, etc were also scattered throughout the yard. Lastly, sanded into the concrete of the driveway is a swatzika symbol. The home itself is nice, open, a great view despite there was no water in the lake, the sunsets and the quiet wooded area we're nice. However, our friends personally wouldn't choose this place in the future.
