My bestie & I had our girls getaway at this wonderful little cottage. I absolutely loved it. Perfect for two single women, separate bedrooms, a nice little kitchen and wonderful screened-in porch that allowed me to sit and just look out at the water, seeped in peacefulness. We were lucky that no one else was in any of the other cottages so it was very quiet. There's a great Irish pub down the street where we had dinner one night too. I would highly recommend staying here.

We used our shirt but wonderful stay at the cottage for some family time. The cottage itself was quaint and had a wonderful homey feel to it. The one and only down side was the fact the queen bed is very hard so sleeping was a bit of a challenge for me.

So comfy and cozy. Loved the porch and sitting down the street watching the river activities. This cottage was easy to find and is centrally located on the cape so we gallivanted all over finding treasures and exploring the beaches. We’ll be back !

Small clean beach cottage on a side street with a view of the river. A great summer getaway and close to restaurants and beaches. The cottage is quaint and welcoming. If any drawback it is that there is not a lot of storage space but overall a wonderful place to get away and relax by the ocean.

Great place for a week for on the Cape. Screened porch was great. Dock was wonderful. Main bedroom mattress was extremely hard, could use a memory topper or something. But certainly would stay again. Thanks! Really nice place. Perfect for an impromptu week away

Great little place to stay close to everything one could ask for. Well stocked kitchen, nicely decorated, and great to have water view from porch. Neighbors were very friendly and communication with host was excellent.

It took us a little while to figure out the heating apparatus and get the entertainment center to cooperate, but after that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was as advertised and the bathroom, bedrooms and relaxing area were just fine. We would return!

It took us a little while to figure out the heating apparatus and get the entertainment center to cooperate, but after that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was as advertised and the bathroom, bedrooms and relaxing area were just fine. We would return!

I do agree with some reviews that say it’s hard to find the entryway, so be prepared to miss the turn the first time around. I also agree that the bathroom latch could be improved and a fan could be installed. But I feel these are not big deals—I still recommend staying here and would stay again.

Terrific!
We had a great stay at this beautiful cottage. The location is excellent with a mostly private beach on a large cove and very close to several beautiful ocean beaches. I would stay here again!

Great Cottage
The cottage was clean when we arrived. Easy access to beaches and restaurants. Outdoor shower is great! All-in-all we had a great stay!

It was a bit eerie in there from Monday through Saturday nobody was occupying the other cottages. Also, the driveway leading to the cottages is very hard to find. Also, the latch on the bathroom door could be improved. The air conditioning was excellent. The garbage disposal was initially hard to find.

I stayed at this cottage for a week with my mom and young son. It was the perfect place for us: quiet but within a short drive of everything we wanted/needed. It was on the cool side, but we were able to take advantage of the small beach. The cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing week!

I would 100% recommend this cottage. Amazing views of Bass River from your screened-in porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An extremely clean and recently renovated cottage that has a great working AC unit. The owners are very friendly and work with you to make sure you have a great check-in process as well as a great stay. I would highly recommend this place to anybody wanting. a nice relaxing vacation on the Cape!

A perfect getaway spot!
Our stay at Little Cove Cottage perfectly complimented our wonderful vacation on the Cape! This little home away from home exceeded our expectations, and with the owner’s personal touches to detail and the perfect location, we were more than satisfied. The little sand cove beach just a stone’s throw from the cottage was also a perfect spot for our little one to build sand castles in the morning before setting off to spend time at the beautiful nearby beaches. We will be recommending this charming little home to others and hope to be back for another stay next year.

We had a great time at this property. There were fresh flowers when we arrived along with a few goodies which were extremely thoughtful. The rooms were clean and comfortable! The only thing we would suggest would be to leave instructions on how to work the heater/air conditioner. It was in the 40s at night and someone had previously set a timer so we woke up to a very cold home every morning until we figured it out on our very last night.

Perfect mid-Cape cottage for our family of 4!!
Cute, Cozy, neat as a pin, all the conveniences of home, with nice view of the water/cove! Owners (Meredith was so nice!) left some local treats for us as a welcome gift, fresh flowers and of course wifi password if needed! Loved the screened in porch and location, across the way from 3 Fins Coffee Shop (latte and chocolate croissants...yum). Not to mention we could also walk to dinner at Ardeo’s yummy Mediterranean restaurant! Loved that we were mid Cape and could explore upper and lower Cape. And we did! From PTown to Falmouth and Martha’s Vineyard! Great week! Thank you Cozy Cove Cottage and Meredith! We’ll be back!

Quaint and Quiet
This is a cute cottage in a cluster of cottages. It was very clean and well appointed. The host was welcoming and responsive. We enjoyed our stay in spite of the nor’easter that hit the Cape during our time there. It was very quiet in April, but I suspect would bustle with activity in season. The closeness to the water was lovely and inviting.

Perfect getaway weekend
Booked a long weekend to celebrate my birthday and was not disappointed. The cottage was perfect. Bright sunny mornings and colorful sunsets by the cove. Cottage was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend and I'll be back soon!

Great cottage!
The cottage was exactly as pictured. Very clean and inviting. The beach is small but nice with clean clear water. Everything about our stay was great! Highly recommend.

Good beach house
Nice house on a quiet cul de sac nine other houses and a private tiny beach. Beach is very weedy and crabby and nearly non existent at high tide. Good central location. Queen mattress was not the best. Good A/C.
