The main bedroom holds a queen bed, in the second bedroom are two single beds.
In the living/dining area there is room to get everyone around either the kitchen table or the round coffee table, which has four ottoman seats tucked underneath.
Sit in the screened in front porch and enjoy the view of Bass River!

I rented this for my son and his family of 4 because I couldn’t accommodate my growing family at my house in WD. The unit is small but it met ours need of extra sleeping space. They seemed to like it very much.

This was our 3rd year staying at the Cozy Cottage on the Bass River. It is very clean, has everything we need, has a well-stocked kitchen, and is in a great location. We definitely will return.

This lovely Cape cottage was so bright, clean, and well organized. We fell in love with wading in the waters of the Grand Cove, walking to get ice cream, and collecting shells at the beach. We also appreciate how helpful the owner was and would highly recommend this property!

We ran into a little problem when we arrived however the host responded very quick and ensured assistance was provided. The cottage was very cute and beautiful views. Perfect location close to everything you may need.
