Branding Iron a Chinquapin è una casa di nuova costruzione con due camere da letto e due bagni. Branding Iron si trova a circa 12 minuti da Cashiers Crossroads e sei minuti a Panthertown Valley Trailhead. Il soggiorno ha un camino a gas e una TV a schermo piatto. La cucina in stile cambusa con bar per la colazione è ben attrezzata per cucinare in modo da poter fare rifornimento per un giorno sui sentieri della Panthertown Valley. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e un televisore a schermo piatto con bagno privato con cabina doccia. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno en-suite con cabina doccia. Il portico posteriore si affaccia sul lago e firepit.

Really enjoyed this home and this neighborhood. It was serene and peaceful. Super close to so many great hikes which was the main draw. The house has a picture perfect water view and it is so quiet. We loved the firepit by the water and the dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard. The house was in great condition and clean. Landmark was incredibly helpful, specifically, Mary, with accommodating us. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect house! Loved the fire pit, fire table on the porch, and fireplace in the house. This Florida family enjoyed the cold weather and warming up by our fire of choice! The community had so many great amenities! We arrived just after Christmas and driving through the Christmas tree farms to get to the house was magical!! Can’t wait to visit in the warmer weather!

Very nice location and views. The kitchen is a galley kitchen with little room for two. And no place for 4 people to eat together at a table.
The mattress are soft.
It’s a nice cabin but needs some TLC.
