Questa camera da letto al piano terra sul lato del Golfo, situata nel condominio Emerald Hill, nella splendida Seagrove Beach, può ospitare comodamente 4 persone con una camera da letto matrimoniale con area salotto e un divano letto matrimoniale. This is our 3rd or 4th year in a row at Emerald Hill 27. Last year we had some issues, but this stay was perfect with several upgrades. We appreciate the new mattress, rug, mirror & towel hangers. Also, our coffee maker was kinda of gross and Benchmark brought us a brand new one!

Very disappointed. False online presentation of the unit. The photos on the website were different than what was actually in the unit. Specifically, the bedroom had a very old dated weighted bedspread, the pictures showed new white bedding. In the bathroom, the mirror and wall cabinet over toilet had also been changed out. The two chairs in the living room very dirty. We have rented from Benchmark for years and have always had great experiences and have given stellar views in the past, wish we could do the same for this unit. :(
