Beautiful space and beautiful views! The location was perfect for 30A. I went with my mom and sisters for a little girls getaway weekend.

Everything was perfect except for the 3 days of the building maintenance that started at 9:00 AM and lasted til 2:30-3:00 PM. There was jack hammering, loud saws, and VERY LOUD hammering that shook the walls. We thought someone was going to come through the ceiling. Our host Jennifer did everything she could to accommodate us and tried to get the building maintenance stopped, but they said it had to be done. This was the first time renting a VRBO condo with 10 floors and will be the last. I’ll just stick with the two story condos or single home on the beach. The host was amazing and did comp the days we had the maintenance. Overall, everything was great with the condo and host, besides the maintenance. But I have to be give an honest review of our stay.
