This 12th floor corner condo has one of the best views on 30A. BeachCrest 1201 is a beautiful modern unit where you'll enjoy Gulf views from the open-concept main area, master bedroom and of course the private balcony. 1201 has everything you need to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests and have an amazing 30A vacation.
You'll feel welcomed by the cool blue hues and calming neutrals the minute you walk in. The kitchen is light, bright and fully equipped. There is a 60'' TV in the living room and TVs in each bedroom. Every TV has a Blu-ray player and cable as well. Your entertainment needs are covered!

I wish the room would have been more clean. The whole place needs a deep clean but you could tell from stay to stay it was cleaned. When walking on the rugs with socks they would come off with little white hairs so I’m assuming someone had previously stayed here with an animal. My allergies acted up as well which tells me this could’ve been the case. The lamps had caked on dust. Overall it was a good stay but the place could use a good deep clean. There was some confusion with check in but it was resolved quickly by the property manager. The view was great and we were able to use the beach chairs which was amazing. We loved the amenities on sight including the pool which was heated! Great location and within the distance we had hoped to everything we needed!

1201 wonderful unit. BeachCrest has been my rental destination the past three years. Wonderful location in Seagrove and right on the beach. This unit was exceptionally clean. The furnishings, paint colors and whole aesthetic really works well together - it’s a soothing place to stay. The kitchen appliances are updated. I stayed in the master. The bed was very comfortable. It’s such a nice thing to stay in a place with a comfortable bed. And as I’m sure other renters have commented, the “included” umbrella and 2 beach chairs are a fantastic added benefit. The only “issue” I have (and I think I may have been responsible as I opened the sliding glass door when I arrived) I noticed that there were a few flies and ladybugs on the walls and ceiling. I then realized that when I opened the sliding glass door, I had not shut the screen to the porch. After I started shutting the screen door there were no more issues with flies or ladybugs. So, I think that was probably on me, but I wanted to mention it. Great place. I’ll definitely be returning to BeachCrest. Keep up the good work and you’ll have loyal customers like me coming back each summer.

We loved the condo it was perfect. The view was beautiful especially in the early morning. It was quiet and peaceful st night.

Let’s just say I wasn’t happy to start off. When I asked for one hour early check in and they wanted to charge me $65 which is absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t get $65 or more back for checking out early!! That just made me mad to start off. I’ve been coming to the area for 20 years and no one has ever done that. So no I would never leave benchmark again. The condo was OK. I guess. The bed was hard the bathroom tiny in the shower did not drain well. The location is great though.
