This location is GREAT! Walkable to many things such as restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. So so clean and well appointed. So comfortable, it felt like home. The balcony and chairs that came with the rental was the high point. The private beach was not crowded at all even at the busiest time of the year. The negatives would be the allotted 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom so you are forced to get to the store. For the money we paid, that seemed petty. Also, the bed and pillows were low quality. That was disappointing. The communication from Benchmark Management was impeccable. They were on top of everything. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great location, 10-15 minutes in each direction to shopping, dining and other beach areas, beautiful beach front. The condo was nice, our only complaint was the A/C did not reach the primary bedroom or bathroom, was very warm after showering and at night even with a portable fan.

The property was very nice, however the parking lot needs some looking into, when it rains the lot floods, maybe add some drainage and also the elevator was leaking water from above that seems like a real safety issue. Other than that everything thing else was exceptional.
