Everything was great. There was only one working elevator which could be a pain.

The condo is in the perfect location, quick access to Seaside and other communities, very short walk down to the beach. The price was very reasonable for this area, management was very communicative and quick to respond. All in all, a perfect crashing pad for 3 ladies to have a girl's getaway.

Reviewer Comments:
Loved the communication with the management company! The building was great and loved the private beach feel with beach set up! The condo was a bit dated with broken primary suite blinds and screen door but the location can’t be beat!

Great beachfront view and easy beach access. 1 mile from Seaside and easy bike ride there. Condo okay, needs updating, and some maintenance and had a musty spell.
