Excellent. Benchmark management was wonderful. They were so helpful! The property was absolutely beautiful and so clean!! Most definitely will be staying again!!

Condo was extremely clean, well furnished & a well-stocked kitchen. The gulf front location is perfect. We love this part of 30A. Walk into Seaside each morning. Close to great restaurants. Can’t beat it!Had a very difficult time checking in as the code was not working. Took at least 15 minutes to get a code that finally opened the door. They were very apologetic & assisted us in a timely fashion.Only real complaint was the beds, especially the twin set, were very uncomfortable. Could use an upgrade. Would return.

Great condo, good location. Loved being on the beach with beach chairs and umbrella. Wish the county had cleaned up the seaweed at night. Would recommend this property and management company.
