Le Green "Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would stay again!
There was a bit of an issue with the codes when checking in however there is a number to call and they were really helpful!
There is a bit of noise from the street (to be expected with an old building) so I would recommend bringing ear plugs if a light sleeper."

Le Green "Very clean and well located.
Only two down sides: the door of the building is not a real door and therefore anyone could get in (even if there is supposed to be a code to it) and the wifi wasn't powerful enough to load any internet pages.
Appart from that, corresponds exactly to the pictures, and everyone was very reactive and helpful when I called because I had forgotten something in the flat.
Great place for a weekend in Rennes."

We enjoyed our stay at this charming studio, but the check in process was a bit hectic as we were given the wrong codes to access the building and the wrong concierge phone number. However, once connected with the right person, she was very helpful and we were able to settle in with no problem. The pedestrian street can be noisy at night but otherwise it was perfect to enjoy the heart of the medieval downtown. No elevator made it a little hard with heavy suitcases.
