Ho appena acquistato quindi nessuna recensione ANCORA! Condominio moderno con tutti gli alloggi di cui hai bisogno! Proprio di fronte alla spiaggia, questo appartamento dispone di 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni con vista sul porto turistico. Splendidamente arredato in moderni grigi e bianchi. La cucina è completamente fornita con macchina per il caffè Kuerig. Teli mare disponibili per l'uso.
Siediti sul tuo lanai e si affaccia sul porto turistico e sulla baia. O passeggiare e vedere lamantino e pesce!
Situato all'estremità meridionale dell'isola, lontano dal trambusto. Santini Plaze a 2 minuti. Include ristoranti: dall'esclusivo Subway, al negozio di liquori, al CVS, alla gelateria e a molti negozi. Tutti i ristoranti sono adatti alle famiglie! 7 Undici dall'altra parte della strada e Publix è a 10 minuti di auto. In fondo alla strada si trova l'hotel Wynham con un divertente tiki bar e una spiaggia. O attraversare la strada (7 minuti) fino alla spiaggia.

Se vieni con altre famiglie, controlla l'Unità 106. Lo possediamo anche noi.

The property was just as described. Comfortable beds. Would suggest electric kettle. Sad that Fort Myers Beach suffered so much in hurricane Ian but is making a big effort to bring it back! Did not spoil our vacation though.

Everything was beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming. We loved the view from the balcony. The kitchen was helpful. Thanks for the Netflix service. Some suggestions: Not enough toilet paper for the bathroom. Please shampoo. Check the locks at the bathroom’s doors. The lavatory does not drain properly (the bathtub as well).

Everything was beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming. We loved the view from the balcony. The kitchen was helpful. Thanks for the Netflix service. Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was just as pictured - clean and had everything we needed. Close walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. The pool was great too! We will definitely be back.

Fantastic condo in a perfect location.
First, the condo itself- perfect for our family of 4. Absolutely immaculate, super comfortable beds, had everything we needed. The beach buggy in the closet was an awesome addition for getting gear to and from the beach. View of the marina was such a bonus. We saw manatees from our balcony multiple days, and spent nights playing cards and family games.
The property itself was perfect for us. We’d visit the pool and hot tub daily usually after some time at the beach. Everyone on the property was kind, and welcoming with a super laidback vibe. Fun during the day, yet peaceful and quiet at night.
The overall location was ideal for us. The beach across the street was a few minutes walk at most- and one of the best we visited during our stay. The little plaza next door couldn’t be beat- especially with the kids- easy access to several restaurants, ice cream etc.
Communication from owners was excellent, check in and out perfectly convenient.

We enjoyed our stay but the listing for the condo indicated that there was 4 TV's when there was 2. Also, that the pool was heated but it wasn't.

The condo has a wonderful view of the canal where we saw dolphins and manatees. It is a short walk away from the beach. We had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Easy check in and out and great communication.

Girls beach trip
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, clean, and ideally located close to the beach. It was a short walk or drive to restaurants and shops as well. The South Island is calm and quiet but I actually prefer that. The pool was wonderful! Joanna has done a great job providing a decent vacation rental! She was very kind and considerate offering information about the area and quickly responded to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!
