The location could not be better, the apartment is great, and the rooftop terrace is very cool. My only complaint is that the listing says there is parking and there is not. The is a parking garage about 10 minutes walk over very bumpy cobblestone with suitcases, but it is not included. It is an extra cost and not part of the apartment. I highly recommend this place, but I would change my mind if the host doesn't change the misleading description.

We were amazed. This location is central to so many things and is so comfortable and clean. We felt like we have only scratched the surface of Florence and will stay here again when we return.

Great property, one room has an en suite bathroom and the other room is right across the hallway from the second bathroom that is also used as the bathroom for a guest. The elevator was awesome. The views were phenomenal. The furniture in the family room is very comfortable. That’s more comfortable enough, they felt like they were queen size. We didn’t do very much cooking, but if you’re planning to do cooking, it’s important to know that there’s not a lot of kitchen, cooking pans and utensils. The location was fantastic with easy actor to lots of restaurants and the main sites.

Our visit to this property was exactly what we hoped. The apartment was lovely, clean, everything was great. I highly recommend this property for its location cleanliness and excellent host. (And I’m rather picky!!!) Book it!
