Very sunny and bright. Convenient parking in a garage under the building. Detailed check-in instructions. Less than 10 min walk to Ocean ave. Quiet in terms of no noise from neighbors. Had both a coffee pot and keurig and some coffee for each which I really appreciated! Also had a cute little balcony from which you could see a little ocean.

Like other reviewers mentioned, this is not a “luxury” rental. It’s perfectly fine - clean enough, comfortable enough etc. but not at all high-end. It was also further away from the water than it appeared on the map (not sure if that is a booking.com error perhaps). The street noise was loud at points, would suggest ear plugs.

Excellent location, walking distance to pier and promenade. Felt very safe. Good coffee shops and restaurants around. Underground garage with free parking. Rooftop patio. Chris was very responsive and helpful.

The apartment seemed cooler and felt humid/musty but the weather wasn’t great that week.

Cutest little property in a great spot in Santa Monica with every comfort of a beach city home. The communication with staff was the highlight. Excellent instructions and accommodating hospitality.

The Bookings posting stated “jacuzzi” tub but it wasn’t. It is a deep tub though.

l'emplacement est idéal, le studio est très bien équipé. La proximité des commerces, des restaurants et de la plage est simplement parfait.

Cuisiner n'est pas très pratique, le studio manque d'aération, les odeurs de cuisine restent longtemps et s'imprègnent dans les vêtements, c'est pas super ! Peut-être aussi faire un effort sur la literie qui est légèrement inconfortable.

The apartment fulfilled our needs with the kitchen cupboards full with salt, pepper, coffee, etc. The bathroom, dito (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, etc. The washer/dryer room was just down the hall. I'd recommend for foreigners to pay with the suggested "PayRange" app as not everyone carries enough quarters around with them. We felt quite safe as a police car was almost always parked across the street from our entrance. One restaurant I can highly recommend is the "Curious Palate" which is located in a nearby mall. Family-run and just downright excellent food using fresh ingredients (Mexican style corn-on-the-cob) from the local farmers market. The other restaurants in the area were disappointing.

The neighborhood was safe but the number of homeless and drug addicts was shocking. I must add we were never harassed . The 165$ cleaning fee is in my opinion not justified.

Easy check-in. Great directions. Very helpful host. Wonderful location. Great location with easy access to beach and lot's of restaurants. Wonderful Greek place almost directly across the street! Loved it.

It's a little smaller than expected and no view. The word luxury apartment would imply something other than the view across a dark alley. Also the dining table is not very accessible and the couch is right underneath the TV. I think it would be very cramped for more than one person.
