Bird of Paradise è una nuova camera da letto, due bagni, ristrutturata a nord di Pine Avenue nella città di Anna Maria. Goditi la vita facile dell'isola circondata da un paesaggio tropicale. Può ospitare fino a 4 persone.

La bella cucina di fascia alta è adatta a tutti i livelli di chef. È fornito di tutto il necessario per un pranzo leggero o per preparare il pescato del giorno! C'è un'isola cucina abitabile e anche un tavolo da pranzo per 6.

Location of the home is perfect for walking to the bay side. Only .5mi from the point. The home was renovated to be up to date. Worked for our needs as a couple with pups. Love love love pool area. The screened in porch was perfect to sit. There’s only 2 issues we had that we feel would have made it more worth our dollars spent. HVAC. The home is older & it appears the system was not updated to accommodate the new size of the home. The unit outside can’t keep up with the heat. The room created by the kitchen may not have been insulated correctly during construction so it stays warmer than the rest of the home even with the door open. I would have opted for a mini split for that room. The fan in the living room has 1 working speed & it was slow so it was useless to help circulate air. It’s suggested for the home to be on 74 during the day as to not freeze up the unit. The home stayed pretty warm. Day time highs were 87-89. Maintenance brought a stand alone AC unit for the living room/kitchen space & it helped that area for the remainder of our stay, but that was it. The other suggestion is the tv. The entire time we were there the tv had connection issues with the internet, which leads me to think it may be the age of tv since my laptop was working with no issues. It was EXTREMELY difficult to watch any kind tv. Apps not loading, programs stopping, tv turning off.I own a rental property. We pay for live tv for guest. It’s worth the expense so guests don’t have issues.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It’s nicely furnished, well and appointed and has a great backyard. Close to all the action too.

Communication was great and house was extremely neat. It really has everything and more especially in the kitchen and with household supplies. The backyard and location can’t be beat- walking distance to Pine and the beach. The pool has a hot tub, in pool table with umbrella, sun shelf with umbrella and plenty of room to relax! I would stay here every time I come to AMI

Was a great property for our family we loved the beach being so close and we really enjoyed relaxing by the pool
