It is quiet. There is a washing machine. It is close to transport.
Entering the property the hallway is full of bicycles. Moving on to the courtyard I found a table and seating, but also a lot of stuff stored there. It’s also overlooked by at least a dozen windows.
The first thing I noticed when entering the apartment was the smell. It was stale and dank. The humidifier was already running when we arrived so the problem is obviously ongoing. We had to keep the fan on the whole time just to circulate the air.
The bathroom would have been ok if it wasn’t for the spots of mould on the shower wall.
