Host was very responsive and answered any questions we had! Also provided welcome kit

The location was great and we enjoyed being able to cook meals instead of eating out every day. The condo was spacious which gave everyone a chance to have some time on their own.

The booking advertised a pool which is why I booked it. 3 weeks before check in I was notified the pool wouldn't be open, we agreed on a refund to make up for not having access to the pool and a week before check in, she tried to say it was in the booking and didn't want to refund me. Everything was VERY outdated right down to the pots and pans in the kitchen. The comforter in the master bath was falling a part and feathers in the couch pillows were all over everytime you moved them. The master bath tub was rusted, nonslip circles were placed to try and cover it up, but as soon as you turn the water on they all moved. We were left with 1.5 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom for 6 people over a 4 day stay. We ended up purchasing our own. Beds are ROCK hard.. The TV took forever to do anything,, internet was definitely the lowest you can get, we spent a lot of time at night in the condo and operating the TV was super frustrating. And the thing that annoyed me the most was we were not in control of the thermostat. She has a pin set so you could not change the temperature. I text her the first day about it, and she adjusted in by 2 degrees, but then at some point during the day she raised it again without checking in with us. Our first night even with fans going we were left sweating and very uncomfortable. The next day I requested the temp I wanted and asked for it to be set there the remainder of our stay. She did comply, but this coupled with all the other issues and the amount of money I spent,it was very disappointing. There are plenty of little things that could be done to update the space, that wouldn't cost much and would make the stay there a lot more comfortable and enjoyable. It's a shame because I was hoping to make this a yearly booking for us.
