5 Stars all around. We (11 fully grown males) came to Austin for a Bachelor party, and had an awesome time at this rental.
Chandler was an incredible host, who called me prior to the trip for suggestions and a run down of the area, as well as met us at the house at the beginning of our stay to walk us through which was greatly appreciated.
House was great - plenty of beds for large groups, an awesome sound system throughout the apartment, a very short uber to some great bars (we went to Rainey street for the most part which is an awesome spot).
Go ahead and book this house and don't overthink it!

The owner manager is incredibly accommodating. He’s very thorough, has an amazing property and genuinely wants your experience to be the best it can be. Between the property itself, the putting green and the jacuzzi it was hard to find reasons to leave the home. Very close to downtown, 6th St and Rainey St so going out and coming back we’re a breeze. Would definitely rebook.
