A lovely renovated and roomy apartment in an excellent location, steps away from Duomo on a quiet side street
The apartment is on the top floor of a building without elevator. There are 78 steps to go up, not for elderly or people with big luggage.
Also, the kitchen was not that well equipped, I would have liked some basics like olive oil, salt…

Apartment was beautifully presented, spacious and very comfortable. Facilities especially the bathrooms and kitchen were very good, clean and modern. Location, within sight of the Duomo, was fantastic.

We only stayed one night, but it was a great deal for a well-located and comfortable apartment, just one block from the Duomo and near the Academia. Comfortable beds, a spacious living room, high ceilings and lots of light.
No elevator. Walking up four flights of stairs with luggage. While the apartment decor is more cared for, the common areas are a little shabby. The furnishings are cute, but Ikea quality, so they are worn over time and with use. No hot water in shower.

Clean and good location
Air conditioning not working, no hot water, power went out twice. Maintenance was supposed to to come to fix but didn’t get fixed. Very hot in place on third floor. No elevator to bring all of luggage up.
