Owners use plug-in air fresheners with a very strong scent unable to stay due to severe headaches. After attempting to ventilate the property overnight we were unsuccessful in removing the scent. We have used Booking.com for Airbnb properties throughout the U.S, Europe, Mexico & S. America they are typically scent free. The other property issues; 2.) Advertised to sleep 4, only 1 set of bath towels. 3.) Bathroom is only accessible by walking through the single bedroom space. 4.) Unheated very cold room to walk through that connects the King Bed room to the separate bathroom, kitchen, & living room space. We have timely and respectfully requested a full refund. Evolve the property Host and the Property Owner have been difficult in taking responsibility for this problem and have given a partial refund. Would not recommend doing business either Evolve or the Owner. Booking.com customer service should review these decisions to assess the appropriate course of action. Booking.com may want to consider a Fragrance Free policy for rental properties and intervening in this issues.
