Breakfast was great space was clean!

Everything was excellent! My second time staying at a Staybridge and I loved it! Absolutely nothing bad to say at all. Very clean and comfortable
My ice maker didn't work even though I did turn it on

one of the main reasons I booked the room was because I needed an oven and amenities stated that the property had an oven and it was false. there was no oven.

Our room was not ready for almost two hours after check on time. Yet when we got to our room it was still not clean. There was food on the floor and the bathroom I was not clean.

Breakfast was great and the facilities were perfect for traveling with family. The front desk people and customer service were exceptional.
This is not the hotel’s fault but there were two drunk men in the grass by the parking lot drinking out of paper bags and being loud and obnoxious as I checked in alone with my two small children. I didn’t like that.

I was supposed to stay till the 28th didn’t happen they had to leave yesterday the 27th they still charge me for two night I didn’t stay two nights only one

I booked through booking.com and it said I can pay at the hotel but they called the day before my stay and said they needed to preauthorize the card before the stay but when I called they ended saying I need to pay before I got there to hold my room. Frustrating.

Beautiful hotel. We hired a wonderful family room, with all the comforts including kitchen, breakfast bar and living area.
Very good breakfast. They also have coffee available in the lobby all day.
Super helpful staff: We forgot our money in the room and contacted them by phone when we found out. They checked the room and held the money until we came back to get it.

Loved our stay. It was expensive but understandable as we were there for the Super Bowl. I would value the hotel at $240-270 on an average night and $380-420 on event nights (games, concerts)

Very nice…loved the setting and atmosphere if the hotel…rooms very well kept and nice loved the view from the room.
Only thing is beds is to close to the wall space and bathroom space is really small.

I liked how modern and higher-end everything looked.
I noticed that some things weren’t as throughly cleaned as they could’ve been, but it was a very small list of those things that I could find.

not enough space at check in. it becomes very congested. was not able to enjoy breakfast as I left before it opened

Rate very high! Check in was late!!!

Breakfast was great, a lot of good variety. Room with covered balcony was awesome! Staff was very nice & helpful. Great shuttle service took us to local shopping, entertainment & restaurants.
The hot tub didn't have water in it & was roped off. :( I LOVE to enjoy a good hot tub, so that was a bummer, but we really enjoyed the pool! Would be nice to have the pool open till 11 pm.
