Hotel Staff was friendly and very eager to help, they assisted me with early check-in. The breakfast was great and very tasty with a variety of choices every day. Hotel was well priced and very clean, I would definitely stay here again.

No upgrades or welcoming perks were offered. A bit far from the entertainment district.

Bed was comfy. Room was very clean.

No ice. You have to turn on the ice maker in your room which puts out about 6 cubes every couple of hours.

The booking agent lied and screwed up the entire reservation. We asked for 2 bedrooms and 3 bed and we’re told the room had 3 beds as we had 3 people innneed of beds. Upon arrival we were told it only had two bed. It was a very high price for 2 beds and 2 of us had to share a bed. I called specifically to ask for this request. I Laos called attempting to speak to the front desk and somehow was routed to booking.con unknowingly. Upon checking in, the front desk made me aware of This which was embarrassing to find out I was bamboozled. I would like a refund or some sort of credit. Thanks.

Maddie was amazing at the front desk! Very friendly, it’s very rare to find welcoming front desk team members to be as friendly and welcoming like her.

The staff was great the room was nice and chilled and decently priced

The fact at the key cards did not work for the pool you had to reach over or wait till someone let you in
