Very good location and view, spacious apartment. Great for families with kids.
The host that gave us the key didn’t speak English or Bulgarian and the communication was a bit difficult. The apartment was rented for nine nights without the option to get cleaning service during the stay.

Overall would recommend to anyone coming to Sunny Beach.
Location was excellent, quiet around but right beside the strip and the beach.
Pool and spa are gorgeous.
Room was a nice size, perfect for a couple.
We could use all the facilities and view the entertainment as if we were part of the hotel.
All the staff were lovely.
The property manager, Mateusz, is very friendly and helpful
Room didn't have an iron or clothes horse as advertised, but it had everything else. Some people around the pool played their own music which disturbed the peace a bit but in general was really nice. Indoor pool wasn't heated as advertised and steam room not functioning. We were there for 2 weeks and only got fresh towels and sheets, once and it was at 9pm on a Saturday which was not ideal.

Quality of apartment furnishing.
The charges included a fee for cleaning. On arrival the apartment was clean.
However with a 2 week booking I expected housekeeping cleaning staff to come and clean during my stay. Also a change of towels and clean bedding.

The apartment is located in the residence where is the Hotel Royal Beach. This mean you have access to the pool using your card from entering the room.
The location itself is not far from the beach(3 min). But is not beachfront.
Kitchinete was helpful for the breakfast.
When we arrived, the room was not so clean. At least in the bathroom. You could see very easy that the toilet was used and not cleaned before we arrived. The carpet was dirty and curtains too.
The bed was compounded from 2 mattresses and one of it was moving.
No parking available.
We stayed 1 week, there is no change of towels or cleaning room. Maybe you have to ask.
