Staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful, even spontaneously providing a breakfast bag when we had to leave early on our last morning. Good selection at breakfast but if you want a decent coffee ask the waiting staff and don't use the self-service machines. Lovely pool area as well as a relaxing garden area. Located within easy walking distance of Sant'Agnello and Sorrento, though it is on a busy main road
We had booked two double rooms and there appeared to be a bit of a mix up about the booking so we did not get rooms with the views that we were expecting and one was a bit small and a little noisy due to traffic. Both had 2 single beds pushed together to form a double bed. The built-in hairdryers were a bit of a challenge so I think I'd opt to bring my own. However, we were out and about most of the time so these are minor gripes

Very friendly staff, nice pool, good breakfast, short walk from town centre.
My room was by the main road which was a little noisy, I took earplugs though

Excellent and friendly service provided by this family run hotel, very knowledgeable about the resort and lots of helpful information Breakfast was good with different options, very reasonable bar prices, great to have a swimming pool in a garden surrounding when coming back after a day sight seeing

This hotel is in the perfect location and the pool area is lovely and perfect for a break from sight seeing.
We stayed on the ground floor and the hotel is very busy and you could hear everything. I didn’t get a good night sleep the whole time we were there. You could hear a text tone from the room next door. People come and go till late at night and from early hours of the morning.
