The staff were amazing at this hotel. They were friendly and went out of their way to help you. In actual fact they were one of the most helpful teams I have ever come across. We were also caught up in some flight chaos and they helped and accommodated us - the hotel itself is very cool as well!
maybe a few more options for dinner :-)

This is a really great hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The shower was amazing! Good to have a safe in the room.
Our room was very quiet.
The breakfast was really good - even for vegans!
The staff were very helpful and nice.
Great to be able to book bicycles from the hotel itself.
The location is great. Out of the centre so quiet yet within a short distance of the tram/train station Lelylaan where a frequent running sprinter train takes you to the centre in 10 minutes.
Can't really complain about breakfast as it was so good, but perhaps more hot vegan choices would be good e.g. vegan sausages. Also a vegan yoghurt would be great.

The music in the lobby was at times way too loud for a hotel lobby ..

The accommodation and atmosphere were amazing, however the location created difficulties for our stay. Not a fault on thee hotel itself, just my planning.
Location, again completely my fault. The Hotel was amazing!
