The breakfast was decent, a lot of options- local food as well as bread. However the seating were limited, no you have to be early otherwise there might not be a place to sit.
The swimming pool was great and kids would love the playground at the pool.
There was a long queue when checking in but they were rather quick in dealing with that.
The parking was provided free but it was rather limited as the parking spaces were shared with the Emperium Residence. Finding a parking spot was really difficult.
There were four lifts but it didn't seem to be well ventilated and when it was busy time it can be quite slow and a long wait to get down/up.

The pool
The food. Breakfast not up to international standards. Very little to choose from if you’re not Malaysian. Gym was poor. Most equipment out of order.
