Had what was required for a cheaper budget accommodation. In the room right by reception, people coming back late at night bit noisy but being one of the nights on Saturday night be expected. I could asked to move but not a real problem. Stay was comfortable and clean room. “Does want is says on the tin” and ideal location for trip up to visit friends!
Breakfast could be a little bit organised better. No small plates, no teaspoons for coffee etc few other bits and pieces missing but breakfast was good for the value.

The room was great, the staff lovely the location was fine for our stay. The food was good and breakfast prices good value for money.
The beers on offer at the pub was poor. This Is a Greene king pub. There was no Greene king IPA or bitter although lots of larger and flavoured cider. One evening in the pub for food and drink was enough.

Location was OK bus stop just outside and tram 10 minute walk, so could leave car when going to Trent Bridge.
Staff very mixed - some off hand others more helpful, some working hard.
Room cold, heater wouldn't work. However, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Shower ok.
Menu limited to mainly a variety of burgers! Other choices had 'run out' which was hardly surprising!
Unlikely to return here.
