Comfortable bed, TV, lovely breakfast and close to Headingley cricket ground. Plenty of parking at the rear. I am disabled and requested a ground loor room which was provided.

Location was good, Mark was very welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Plenty space to park
The whole place is very tired looking. Loose tiles on bathroom floor. The room was very dusty. There was a strong smell of dope on the stairway.
