Easy to find and not far out from central Leeds or Roundhay park for the festival! Room was comfortable and clean, including the shared spaces

Cheaper than other options, a simple budget choice if you are passing through.
Facilities were quite dated and the curtains didn’t cover the window so lots of light came in. We hadn’t heard back from the host to confirm and there weren’t signs at the front or lights on when we arrived.
