We stayed here for few nights in Leeds and had a really comfortable and relaxed experience.
The place was clean, cosy, and exactly what we needed for a short break. The bed was comfortable, the room felt warm and welcoming, and everything was well presented on arrival.
Free parking was a big plus and made the stay much more convenient. The location worked well for us, with easy access to the city and local amenities. It felt like a good base for exploring the area while still being quiet enough to unwind in the evenings.

It was clean and the bed was so comfortable, great value for money.

Lovely and clean. Spotless bathroom with great shower. Bedroom and kitchen spotlessly clean. Free on street parking. Nicely decorated.
Hot on the top floor, but can easily be rectified with a small fan.
