Location was good - very central

The road noise was awful - even when wearing earplugs

Great location,lovely room,fantastic breakfast,nice roof top bar/terrace with great views!

roadworks being carried outside in the full street so if you are a light sleeper it may affect your stay,howeveer it did not bother me!

The location is impeccable. Across the road from Coex connects you to 2 different subway lines.

The breakfast buffet did not match the standards of the rest of the hotel. The options were limited and some of the food was cold.

It was a great location for the conference at COEX and the staff were pleasant. Room was clean and well maintained. Good water pressure in the shower. Nice to get complimentary bottled water daily too.

The road traffic noise was terrible. It made sleeping every night extremely challenging. Despite ear plugs and using pillows, I struggled due to construction outside the hotel. I am not sure how long it has been going or will be going but I had a room on the 6th floor facing the main street. When I tried to move rooms as I couldn't sleep, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I also asked if they had alternative pillows (like latex) but nothing available either. For the price per night, I would have expected some better options and less noise. I stayed for 6 nights so I find it hard that they couldn't find another alternative for the entire duration.
